We were ashore about two hours. Returned for lunch on board then started again under power reaching a small native town, mostly on stilts, in a beautiful harbor on the island of Burias.
Arranged my things in my cabin in the afternoon and prepared the dark room for developing. Everyone did some fixing up. Marian stowed all of the elaborate list of medicines.
Later I had a nap in the room. Some of the others went ashore to San Pascual, the small native town, but I did not go.
Everyone went to bed early.
